About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a full time or four-day per week basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties, while enjoying work-life balance and being part of a supportive and professional team.
You’ll be backed by a knowledgeable trust accounting team, administrative support, and our experienced agency network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews
Monitor and manage rental arrears and coordinate debt recovery
Implement best practice lease administration processes
Review and report on asset performance, providing recommendations for improvement
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
Support business development initiatives
About You
Experience in commercial property management preferred
A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
A valid driver's licence
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices across retail, commercial, and ideally industrial properties would be highly regarded.
Excellent lease interpretation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
