We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Rubber Supervisor to join our Site Services team. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee maintenance activities, support your team, and play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Extensive experience in Conveyor Belt Splicing (L3 min)

• Lead and coordinate maintenance, installations and repair work

• Supervise and support technicians onsite

• Ensure safety, quality and compliant standards are met

• Manage job planning, scheduling and resources

• Build strong client relationships and deliver great service

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow business

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Polymer Processing

• Experience in industrial or mining environments

• Knowledge of conveyors, belt splicing, belt repair and pulley lagging

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Safety-focused with good planning and problem-solving ability
