CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – House Coordinator – Townsville
ABOUT THE ROLE
The House Coordinator in Townsville plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our Residential care homes. This position is essential for ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for Young People. The House Coordinator will lead a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and promoting the well-being of individuals in our care, while also liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications: Certificate IV Child, Youth, and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or other relevant Certificate IV, Diploma, Degree. For candidates who do not hold the essential qualification, willingness to obtain and proof of enrolment will be required prior to commencement. Plus, completion of online Hope and Healing Framework Foundational Training prior to commencement

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business. As a growing and diversifying organisation, we have approximately 450+ employees working in communities across New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory.

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks and a valid drivers licence are requirements for employment at CASPA. Working with Children checks will be required for frontline roles in direct contact with Young People.
