Job DescriptionMy Australia Direct Provise 360 Pty Ltd are seeking a full time Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with approved programmes, contractual requirements and client specifications.
- Review architectural drawings, technical documentation and project specifications to establish construction methodologies, project sequencing and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate project planning, procurement activities, shop drawing approvals, manufacturing schedules and installation programmes to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, assess variations and maintain commercial performance throughout each stage of construction.
- Liaise with clients, builders, architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues and ensure effective project coordination.
- Oversee procurement of materials and specialist joinery components, ensuring timely supply and alignment with project programmes.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections and coordinate installation activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications and contractual obligations.
- Manage project risks, construction schedules, resource allocation and programme updates to minimise delays and maintain project milestones.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, Australian Standards, contractual requirements and workplace health and safety obligations.
- Lead project close-out activities, including practical completion inspections, defect management, final client handover and post-completion coordination.
Skills and Experience Essential:
- Demonstrated 5 years experience managing construction or specialist fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery and contract administration.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent projects.
- Excellent commercial, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical documentation and project specifications.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Construction Management, Building, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Experience managing bespoke joinery or high-end interior fit-out projects.
