Role Overview

Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS and Cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful business, operational, and commercial outcomes. Act as a trusted client advisor while driving delivery excellence, account growth, and pursuit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, Cloud, and upgrade programs.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide leadership across Oracle Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory domains.
Build strong client relationships and provide strategic delivery advice.
Lead or contribute to proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and pursuit activities.
Identify opportunities for follow-on work, upselling, and account growth.
Mentor teams and contribute to practice capability development.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading large Oracle transformation programs.
Strong Oracle EBS and Supply Chain expertise.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and/or OCI.
Strong commercial, stakeholder, and delivery management skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
