About the role

We are seeking a Parts/Sales professional to join our team at Diesel Repairs Professionals Pty Ltd in Mildura, VIC. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the efficient operations of our workshop and providing an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Handling customer inquiries and orders for automotive parts and accessories
• Maintaining and replenishing parts inventory based on demand
• Accurately processing sales transactions and managing cash handling
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to both walk-in and phone customers
• Supporting the workshop team by promptly sourcing and delivering required parts
• Participating in stock taking and other inventory management activities
• Ensuring the parts department is well-organised and presentable at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a parts or sales role within the automotive industry
• Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly identify and source required parts
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience
• Proficient in using computerised inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
