Retail Sales Assistant

Business and Pleasure Co. are looking for a casual Sales Assistant to join our Byron Bay Showroom.

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants with a passion for Retail, Furniture and Design.

The position will commence immediately, in our newly built showroom.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing Australian outdoor furniture brand.

We are searching for experienced Store Assistants who will:

·  Provide a positive shopping experience for customers

·  Display strong product knowledge to effectively address customer questions, providing both technical and design expertise.

·  Assist in receiving and processing product shipments

·  Prepare and display merchandise

·  Promote Brand loyalty programs and other incentives

·  Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store by following set guidelines

·  Open and Close the store on occasions, handling cash and POS processes.

·  Be a team player and a positive addition to our company culture

·  Available for 1-3 days per week, including Saturday's as required.

Key experience and skills include;

·  Excellent interpersonal skills, including an approachable and friendly manner

·  Experience in retail

·  Good time management skills, including prioritising and changing tasks easily.

·  Flexible schedule, with weekend shifts mandatory

·  Capacity to build customer relationships

·  Willingness to accept and apply constructive criticism

·  Cin7, Shopify Plus POS and Gorgias experience a major plus

·  Must be comfortable handling and assembling furniture, able to lift 20 kgs.

·  Commercially driven and focused on achieving KPI targets
