About the role
ASC is Australia’s submarine company. We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. We have also been selected by the Australian Government to sustain and jointly build the nation’s conventionally armed, nuclear-powered submarines – the largest and most complex industrial undertaking in Australia’s history.
Our work is interesting and meaningful, contributing directly to Australia’s national security. We offer rewarding roles that provide the opportunity to grow your career, and the flexibility to balance life and work. A career at ASC is like no other, delivering a deeper purpose we can all be proud of.
About the Opportunity
Join ASC as a Learning & Development Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) and play a key role in helping our people build the skills they need to deliver nationally significant work.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of ASC's learning and development activities, coordinating engaging training programs, supporting employees and leaders, and helping create a positive learning experience across the business.
Working closely with L&D specialists, leaders, employees, contractors, and external providers, you'll provide end-to-end coordination and operational support across the full learning lifecycle. This is a highly visible, customer-focused role that offers exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and learning initiatives across a national footprint.
If you're organised, proactive, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
