Client Services Coordinator - Homecare

About the role

We're looking for an organised and reliable team player to join our team in a Client Services Coordinator - Homecare position. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules, managing changes and providing general administrative support to keep things running smoothly.

Part-time (0.8 FTE) applications are welcome and will be considered for the successful applicant.
This is a fixed-term contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position for the successful applicant.

Your main duties will include:

• Rostering Homecare and clinical visits within the community 
• Answering and transferring of phone calls
• Administrative duties

About you

• Be available to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm in the Adelaide CBD. 
• You'll need great communication skills, attention to detail and confidence in using computer systems. 
• Previous experience in rostering is preferred. 
• Clear and fluent English. 
• Strong organisational skills and time management. 
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 
• A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when handling staff and client information.
