BOOKKEEPER

BPM Projects Pty Ltd is a dynamic Project Delivery and Engineering business based in Melbourne. We provide high-quality professional services to the Energy and Mining industries across Australia. 

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our professional team. Working within our team you will be performing a critical function for the efficient and effective operation of our business. 

Position Details

• Reporting to Operations Manager

• Casual employment with flexible working hours

• Working in Office – Heatherton / Bayside Melbourne

• Remuneration negotiable based on skills, qualifications and experience

Minimum Requirements

• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping

• 5 years minimum experience bookkeeping

• Proficient in the use of Xero accounting software

• Minimum two (2) professional references required for proof of experience

• Current full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Expense reports

• Track fixed asset spending

• Accounts Receivable, collections

• Produce monthly Invoice statements

• Maintain employee time records

• Process payroll and expense reimbursements

• Bank account reconciliations, and credit cards
