EMF Robina Town Centre is one of Queensland’s largest and most advanced gyms. Our facility offers state-of-the-art training and recovery services, including Reformer Pilates, group fitness classes, strength and functional training, boxing, spin and performance training, functional zones, recovery lounges, sauna and steam rooms, and heated magnesium pool —delivering a truly unmatched member experience.

We are currently seeking an outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our Robina team full time.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales-focused role

• An outgoing, motivated, and energetic personality

• A strong ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while following company systems and processes

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a results-driven mindset

• Strong attention to detail and administrative capability

• Experience in conflict resolution and member engagement

• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and member experience
  

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (fitness industry experience highly regarded)

• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment

• Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment

• Strong passion and knowledge of the fitness industry
