IKAD Engineering is seeking an experienced Rubber Liner to join our Henderson workshop team. This is a hands-on trade role suited to someone ready to step into a stable environment where quality work and reliability are valued.

Working within our fabrication and manufacturing workshop, you’ll carry out rubber lining work across a range of industrial components, contributing to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Surface preparation and rubber lining installation

• Cutting, shaping and fitting liners to specification

• Reading drawings and following job instructions

• Completing quality checks and maintaining finish standards

• Working safely as part of a team-driven workshop

You’re a practical tradesperson who values consistency, teamwork and solid workmanship.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in rubber lining or similar industrial trade

• Workshop or heavy industry experience

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Strong safety mindset and reliability

• Must be currently residing in Australia with valid working rights

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a National Police Clearance prior to commencing employment.
