Conveniently located just minutes from Westfield Doncaster, our restaurant offers free on-site parking and easy access via the Eastern Freeway, making it an easy commute from Melbourne's eastern and north-eastern suburbs, including Box Hill, Ringwood, Blackburn, Nunawading and Heidelberg.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing quality food and wants to become a long-term member of our team.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience working as a Cook or Chef in a commercial kitchen.

• The ability to stay calm, organised and work efficiently during busy service periods.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow recipes accurately.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Reliable transport to travel to and from work across a rotating roster.

You'll need to be available to work a rotating roster that includes:

• Weekdays and weekends

• Public holidays

• A mix of dawn, day and evening shifts

Full-time shifts are generally 7–8 hours and may include early morning starts and late finishes (for example 5:00pm–12:30/1:00am).

• Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.

• Reliable transport is essential to meet the operational requirements of the role.

• Availability during peak trading periods, including Friday and Saturday nights, weekends and public holidays, is required.
