Cleaning team leader

Tiny Mountain Brewery is seeking a hands on cleaning team superstar.

The roster:

As we trade 7 days per week, the role requires a Thursday – Monday roster with a 6am starting time.

The role:

A standard day would see you arrive to site and commence allocating and executing the daily cleaning tasks as per the structured checklistst.

Prior to an area being deemed clean you would inspect the area to ensure standards are maintained.

You would report any maintenance issues identified during the course of the shift, ensure all carts and equipment are replenished and operational and undertake tasks from monthly and quarterly cleaning checklists.

Key responsibilities:

•        Actively participate in and oversee the execution of cleaning tasks, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to health and safety standards.

•        Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure the team follows company standards and policies.

•        Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their optimal use and maintenance.

•        Conduct site inspections to guarantee service quality and compliance with client specifications.

About you:

•        Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the cleaning or HVAC industry

•        Knowledge  of health and safety practices within the cleaning industry

•        Hands-on approach and willingness to participate in cleaning tasks.

•        Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

•        Ability to multitask and mange time efficiently

This is a permanent full time position with an annualised salary between $65,000 - $75,000. Remuneration is based upon experience, full working rights are required.
