• Use your creative ability to assist menu development

• Play an active role in maintaining food quality and consistency

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following:

• Experience as an Apprentice Commis or Demi Chef, in a Hotel or restaurant environment.

• An understanding of operational management relating to service, prep, cost management and ordering

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a management style that breeds a positive & harmonious environment
