About the role
Encaba is seeking an organised and motivated Service Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Winnellie. We are known for our high-quality project delivery, specialising in industrial control and automation turnkey solutions. As a Service Coordinator at Encaba, you will be responsible for coordinating our field service operations, ensuring technicians, clients and suppliers are working together to deliver outstanding service. You will manage job scheduling, customer communication, purchasing, documentation and job close-out while supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service department.
You will work closely with our team of engineers, electricians and automation technicians to ensure maintenance, breakdowns and project work are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. We value a strong commitment to customer service, organisation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, as they help us maintain our reputation for client satisfaction and service excellence.

Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role

Current Australian driver's licence
Experience in an electrical, industrial or trade environment
Experience using service management or scheduling software
Purchasing or procurement experience
Knowledge of industrial maintenance or automation services
