The Role

You’ll be the key point of contact for both renters and rental providers, delivering a high level of service while confidently managing your portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with renters and rental providers through regular communicationManage rental arrears proactivelyConduct routine and final inspections with detailed reportingCoordinate repairs and maintenance efficientlyPrepare and lodge tribunal applications when requiredEnsure compliance and smooth day-to-day portfolio management

What We’re Looking For

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licenceStrong time management and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-focused attitudeSomeone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
