Barnett Building Pty Ltd is a well‑established residential building company specialising in high‑quality extensions and renovations across Sydney’s North Shore and Hills District. With over 25 years’ experience in residential construction, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and well‑run, professional building sites.

We are a small, hands‑on team, typically working on one to two large projects at a time, which allows us to focus on detail and do things properly. No weekends—we believe good work-life balance supports great work.

We’re not project home builders. We take pride in our craftsmanship, organised and tidy sites, and delivering to our clients’ needs.

We’re looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team, ideally as an employee, but also open to using sub-contractors.

About you:

• Qualified carpenter with 3+ years’ residential experience (not including your apprenticeship)

• Current Australian Drivers Licence

• Own tools and reliable transport

• Strong work ethic and physically fit

• Clear communicator, self‑motivated, and detail‑focused

• Neat, tidy, and professional

You’ll work closely with the builder to deliver high‑quality results for our clients.
