About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Property Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract basis to support our Marketing Manager during a particularly busy period. This role would suit someone with prior experience in commercial real estate, property development or agency marketing who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

Coordinating property marketing campaigns from brief through to launchPreparing brochures, flyers, signboards and campaign collateralManaging property listings across online platformsAssisting with proposal and presentation preparationCoordinating EDMs and email marketing campaignsLiaising with agents, suppliers, designers and printersProviding general marketing and administrative support to the wider business
Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial real estate, property or related marketingStrong organisational and project coordination skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesignExperience with EDM platforms and social media channelsA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
