Dual Role – Storeperson & Automotive Parts Sales

HPPLunds is a leading national wholesale supplier of automotive aftermarket parts and accessories to both 4WD and 2WD passenger and commercial spare parts markets.

With a national sales force and a national distribution centre in Brisbane, we distribute several product brands throughout Australia including JB-WELD.

The Lunds brand is our in-house Four-wheel drive parts and accessories program and is one of the most complete aftermarket ranges of parts for Toyota & Nissan 4WD. The brand is well respected in the Four-wheel drive parts and accessory market throughout the country. With over 4,500 parts stocked, Lunds 4WD is a serious player in Four Wheel Drive non-genuine parts.

We have a dual-role position available at our Brisbane DC. This position will assist both the warehouse as well as the national call center.

What you'll be doing

• Order Picking, Packing and Dispatch of goods

• Triaging of Orders

• Other General Warehouse Duties

• Providing exceptional customer service to customers over the phone

• Accurately interpreting and responding to customer enquiries about vehicle parts and accessories

• Promptly and efficiently processing customer/supplier orders and liaising with external suppliers

• Receipting Goods Inwards & accurately processing back orders

• Providing ongoing support & feedback to the product management team

• Offering support to the National Sales force

• Performing general administrative duties as required by the Operations Manager

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar customer service or parts interpretation role within the automotive industry preferred; however the role may also be ideal for a Mechanic apprentice looking to step into parts interpretation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Current LF forklift ticket highly regarded but not essential

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• Sound knowledge of automotive parts and components, including part numbers and cross-referencing

• Proficient in using inventory management and ordering systems such as Peach ERP

• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
