💼 Compensation Structure
Phase 1 (Planning & Launch Stage): Significant equity stake/ownership shares in the company awarded for successful execution of the launch plan.
Phase 2 (Operational Stage): A competitive full-time salary and benefits package triggered as soon as the business goes live and begins revenue operations.
🚀 What You Will Do
You will act as a co-founding force, touching every part of the business:
Execute Strategic Plans: Turn our business model into actionable, real-world launch timelines.
Contract & Legal Support: Review commercial leases, supplier contracts, and vendor agreements.
Marketing & Brand Launch: Help design, coordinate, and execute our regional and national marketing strategies.
Business Management: Build the operational systems, inventory workflows, and daily showroom procedures.
General Operations: Handle everything required to successfully get a retail and e-commerce company off the ground.

Recent Business Graduate: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Master of Execution: You have elite time management skills and can juggle multiple moving pieces flawlessly.
Broad Business Knowledge: You understand the basics of commercial contracts,marketing funnels, and business operations.
Startup Mindset: You do not wait for instructions; you see a gap, build a system, and solve the problem.
