Business Development Manager

QLI Fitness Equipment Australia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Silverwater. This is a hands-on, sales-target-driven role for someone who knows the Australian fitness industry, understands commercial fitness equipment and is ready to build genuine long-term growth.
QualificationsProven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment within the fitness industry.Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct persuasive presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategy.Competence in using CRM systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and professional business etiquette.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Knowledge of the local market in Silverwater, NSW and surrounding regions is an advantage.Comfort with on-site work, client visits, and occasional travel as required.
The package includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
