Front of House Manager - Hidden Frog Restaurant at Quiddity Place

Lead a passionate team in one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most unique food and wine destinations.

Hidden Frog Restaurant is located at Quiddity Place, also home to Oakdene Wines and Vineyard, Tin Liz Gallery and boutique accommodation. We are 10 months young and already known for exceptional food, genuine hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

As our venue continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our restaurant team and help shape the next chapter.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee the daily front of house operations while working closely with our Head Chef and management team to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating the front of house team during service.

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

• Recruiting, training and mentoring staff.

• Preparing rosters and managing labour costs.

• Managing bookings, guest enquiries and special requests.

• Working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.

• Manage monthly stocktakes and oversee front of house ordering and inventory control.

• Maintaining service standards and presentation throughout the venue.

• Assisting with weddings, private functions and special events.

• Driving a positive, professional and supportive team culture.
