What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of splitting shared execution resources to completely isolate client-facing market making engines from internal trading cores.
• Designing and optimizing highly concurrent TCP/IP sockets, custom serialization protocols, and multi-threaded JVM processing pipelines to eliminate performance drag.
• Building automated, systematic “on-behalf-of” (OBO) trade booking workflows and FIX-compatible gateways to transition legacy voice booking channels.
• Integrating generative AI development tools directly into your day-to-day environment to streamline unit testing, profiling, and feature execution.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven engineering mastery in Core Java.
• Strong technical exposure to institutional electronic trading architectures (e.g OMS/EMS, execution gateways, or real-time pricing feeds) specifically for linear and cash products.
• A low-ego, team-first attitude with a genuine ease using modern AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development cycles.
