Graduate? Great on the phone? Let's talk. We're recruiting multiple Sales Associates for a fast-growing Australian fintech and we're looking for ambitious people who want to build a serious career in sales.
  
You might be a recent graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity. Or you might already be working in telesales, a call centre, recruitment, real estate, insurance, telco, memberships, customer service or retail sales and know that you're good at talking to people.
  
Either way, if you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets and want the opportunity to earn $100K in your first year, we want to hear from you.
  
The Opportunity

• $70,000 base + super
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic first-year OTE of $100,000
• Guaranteed commission during your first 3 months

What Will You Actually Be Doing? You'll spend a large part of your day on the phone speaking with Australian business owners.
You'll be responsible for:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
• Starting conversations and identifying sales opportunities
• Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
• Qualifying potential customers
• Handling objections and building rapport
• Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• Developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:

• Are a recent university graduate looking to break into sales
• Have experience in phone sales, telesales, call centres or customer service
• Love talking to people and can build rapport quickly
• Are comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Are competitive, resilient and motivated by results
• Want your earning potential to increase with your performance
• Have full Australian working rights

Finance experience isn't essential. Sales experience doesn't need to come from a corporate environment.
