E-Commerce Business Analyst

**The Role**This is a hands-on Business Analyst opportunity within a purpose-driven organisation operating a complex, omnichannel eCommerce environment. Working closely with technical and business teams, you will own requirements analysis, solution design, and the delivery of platform enhancements across a Magento/Adobe Commerce-based ecosystem. You will serve as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring digital commerce capabilities, ERP integrations, and fulfilment workflows are well-defined, thoroughly documented, and reliably delivered. The role demands deep platform knowledge, strong analytical capability, and a genuine interest in continuously improving the customer and operational experience.**Key Responsibilities**Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for eCommerce initiatives, including platform enhancements, integrations, and digital experience improvements across B2B and B2C channels.Analyse and support integrations between Adobe Commerce (Magento) and the ERP system, including order-to-cash processes, product management, inventory, and customer data flows, producing clear API documentation, data mappings, and process flows.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation that support agile delivery.Assess and model current-state eCommerce processes, identifying opportunities for improvement across the platform ecosystem, including PIM, payment gateways, and fulfilment and logistics platforms.Ensure digital solutions meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and user experience best practices, contributing to a customer-centred approach to platform design and continuous improvement.**Skills & Experience Required**Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst within an eCommerce environment, with proven hands-on experience working with Adobe Commerce (Magento) across requirements analysis, solution design, and platform enhancement initiatives.Demonstrated experience analysing and documenting integrations between eCommerce platforms and ERP systems, with strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, product and inventory management, and API integration patterns.Solid understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including PIM, payment gateways, fulfilment, and logistics platforms, alongside a strong grasp of B2B and B2C digital commerce operations and customer journey optimisation.Proven ability to produce high-quality BA artefacts including user stories, process models, data mappings, integration specifications, and non-functional requirements to support technical delivery teams.Experience working within agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition, with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical audiences.**What's in it for You**Permanent ongoing position.West Footscray, Melbourne location with hybrid working arrangements.A broad, hands-on eCommerce BA role with genuine scope across Adobe Commerce, ERP integrations, and digital commerce improvement.Work within a purpose-driven organisation committed to meaningful outcomes for customers and communities.Collaborative team environment with real opportunity to influence platform direction, process improvement, and customer experience.**Apply today and Jimmy Nguyen will reach out to disclose further information.**
