As a new graduate or early-career therapist, you’ll step into a structured, supportive program designed to help you grow into a confident, capable clinician. You’ll manage a varied paediatric caseload including:

🐝 Neurodivergent Children and Teenagers
🐝 Children with developmental delays
🐝 Children with sensory processing differences
🐝 Children with genetic, physical, or neurological conditions

Your work will include clinic-based therapy, hydrotherapy (Physios), and community and school visits, and opportunities to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Social Workers.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Graduating by the end of 2026 (eligible for professional practice in 2027) OR early in their career
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented
- A strong communicator who builds rapport easily
- Able to provide: Working With Children Check, First Aid certification, Professional Registration, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
