Forklift Operator

About the role

Kotzur designs, manufactures and delivers bulk solids storage and handling solutions across Australia. We are seeking a reliable, organised and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our Stores & Logistics team in Walla Walla.

In this role, you will support safe, accurate and efficient material movement across the Kotzur operation, helping ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time for production and dispatch.

What you'll be doing

Working with the Stores & Logistics, Production and Operations teams, you will safely load, unload, move, pick, stage and verify materials while maintaining accurate records and organised storage areas.

• Safely load, unload and transport materials using forklifts and material handling equipment.

• Pick, stage, label and organise materials for production and dispatch.

• Verify loads against job documentation, dispatch requirements and quality expectations.

• Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect items before they impact production or customer deliveries.

• Maintain accurate stock and dispatch records using tablets, spreadsheets and relevant systems.

• Contribute to housekeeping, inventory accuracy, workplace safety and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse, stores or logistics environment.

• Experience loading and unloading trucks and handling stock and materials safely and accurately.

• Current LF Forklift Licence and current Driver Licence.

• Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence will be highly advantageous.

• Strong planning, organisation, attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• A reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety and accountability.
