Experienced Site Manager | Hospitality & Commercial Builder

With a strong pipeline of work, we have the exciting opportunity to add an experienced Site Manager to our team.
Our ideal candidate would be well experienced in managing building projects within the commercial sector. Our project values generally vary between $5M and $35M.

About the RoleYou'll take ownership of your project from site establishment through to completion, ensuring it's delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to Calida's high standards.
Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day site operationsCoordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliersDriving quality, programme and safety outcomesLeading toolbox talks and site meetingsBuilding relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholdersLiaising with councils, statutory authorities and other external stakeholdersLeading, mentoring and developing your site team
About YouYou'll have:A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction (or similar)5+ years' Site Management experience delivering $5M–$35M commercial construction projectsStrong experience across fit out, refurbishment and new build projects within the hospitality, retail and commercial sectorsExperience managing projects involving councils and other external stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsWhite Card and First Aid/CPR certification
