We're hiring across the Sunshine Coast, working in our retirement villages and surrounding suburbs, including Peregian Springs, Twin Waters, Maroochydore, Buderim!

At Coast To Coast Cleaning Co., our small, family-owned domestic cleaning team keeps older Australians safe, independent, and happy in their own homes. We bring warmth, pride, and a caring touch to every job.

🧼 What a typical day looks like

• Regular home cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting)

• A good chat with your clients – connection is just as important as the clean itself. For many of our elderly clients, your visit might genuinely be the highlight of their day. A warm smile, a quick chat, and a little bit of your time goes a long way

• Work solo or in pairs – build great conversations and lasting rapport with clients

• Backed by a supportive, fun team you can call on anytime

🌻 You'll fit right in if you

• Are reliable, kind, and professional

• Can commit to 15–25 hrs/wk, weekdays only (typically 8:30am–2:30pm, with flexibility)

• Are physically able to clean comfortably

• Hold a valid driver's licence + reliable car

• Are willing to obtain a National Police Check (we'll guide you after offer)

• Bring a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping older Australians
