A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Commercial Electrical Supervisor to join our well-established and growing Electrical Contracting company.

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage the delivery of commercial electrical projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

TEAM Electrical works across a wide variety of medium to large-scale commercial projects including apartments, shopping centres, warehouses, schools, hospitals and other major developments.

Successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

• A current A Grade Electrical Worker’s Licence

• A valid driver’s licence

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience within the electrical industry

• Strong experience within commercial electrical construction

• Comprehensive knowledge of technical and statutory requirements within the Electrical Contracting Industry

• Proficiency in interpreting estimates, contracts, plans and specifications

• Excellent communication, liaison and reporting skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Proven management and leadership skills within a team environment

• Ability to plan and coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project programmes

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• A solid understanding of safe working practices and the ability to oversee their implementation
