Primary Teacher (EYFS/KS1) – PE Specialist (Epping)

Join the Founding Team of a New Pre‑Preparatory School in Epping as Primary PE Teacher. 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Primary PE Teacher to join the founding team of a brand‑new pre‑preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is perfect for a Primary PE Teacher who is passionate about early physical development, movement, coordination and building children’s confidence through joyful, high‑quality PE provision, who has previous pre‑prep school experience.

As a Primary PE Teacher, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, strong routines and a deep understanding of child development. You will introduce young learners to PE through fundamental movement skills, games, balance, teamwork and early sports awareness, ensuring lessons are engaging, structured and age‑appropriate within a beautifully designed environment.

Who We’re Looking For - We welcome applications from a Primary PE Teacher who:

• Holds QTS with a strong background in PE, Sport or Physical Education

• Has previous pre‑prep school experience (essential)

• Understands early physical development, motor skills progression and confidence‑building

• Values calm, structured, joyful learning

• Brings energy, warmth and professionalism

• Is excited to help build a new school community from the ground up
