About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this newly created leadership role will establish and lead Swinburne’s enterprise workforce compliance, monitoring and assurance function. You’ll shape the strategy, governance and operating model that ensures workforce risks are proactively managed, and compliance practices are embedded across the University.
Working closely with senior leaders across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit, you’ll provide expert advice, oversee complex compliance matters and drive sustainable remediation and continuous improvement.
A key focus of the role will be bringing people on the journey through education, capability building and practical support to strengthen compliance practices and prevent recurrence.
