SAP Payroll functional analysis and technical business analysisPayroll issue investigation, debugging, and problem-solvingRequirement gathering and documentationLiaison between business stakeholders and offshore configuration teamsSupport payroll-related system enhancements and change requestsAssist with payroll configuration where requiredCreate and maintain payroll-related rules and schedulesSupport EBA implementation activities
Profile
A Successful Functional Analyst Should Have
Strong SAP ECC6 Payroll experience (non-negotiable)Experience with payroll rules, work schedules, and payroll setup, EBA and Modern AwardsTechnical troubleshooting and debugging capabilityStrong analytical problem solving stakeholder engagement skillsMust have hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experienceComfortable discussing and reviewing configuration with offshore teamsSuccessFactors exposure is advantageous but not essential
Job Offer
3 months contract with a possibility of extensionOrganisation is planning a SuccessFactors implementation
