PASTA CHEF & PIZZA CHEF WANTED – ROUSE HILL

About the role

Sapori Toscani, a busy authentic Italian restaurant in Rouse Hill, NSW, is looking for experienced chefs to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring for two positions: Experienced Pasta Chef and Experienced Pizza Chef.

Key responsibilities

Pasta Chef:

• Prepare and cook traditional Italian pasta dishes

• Work efficiently during busy services

• Manage fresh pasta preparation

Pizza Chef:

• Prepare and stretch pizza by hand

• Manage a busy pizza section during service

• Work with traditional Italian pizza and wood-fired oven techniques

About you

Pasta Chef:

• Strong experience working in an Italian kitchen

• Fresh pasta experience highly regarded

Pizza Chef:

• Previous experience with traditional Italian pizza essential

• Wood-fired oven experience preferred

• Strong understanding of Italian ingredients and flavours

All candidates:

• Reliable, hardworking, clean and organised

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Available for weekend and evening shifts
