Gruvi is looking for a motivated graduate or junior marketing professional to join our growing Perth team. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in the entertainment industry while learning from experienced digital marketing specialists across Australia and Europe.
Working with some of Australia's leading film distributors and cinemas, you'll help deliver digital campaigns that connect audiences with the films they'll love. You'll receive hands-on training across the world's largest advertising platforms while developing skills in audience insights, campaign management, analytics and digital media.
No two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Australian and international teams, contribute to exciting film releases and gain experience that would normally take years to build elsewhere.

In Australia, we work with clients including Palace Cinemas, Reading Cinemas, Wallis Cinemas, Moving Story, Kismet, Transmission Films and many more. Internationally, our teams support film campaigns across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Australian team, you'll receive training and gradually take ownership of campaigns across a variety of digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include
Setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and other digital channels.Helping build audiences and media plans for upcoming film releases.Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.Reviewing creative assets to ensure they meet campaign and platform requirements.Preparing campaign reports and sharing insights with clients and the wider team.Working closely with our sales, account management, creative and international teams.Supporting the continued growth of Gruvi across Australia and the Pacific region.Occasionally attending industry events and networking opportunities.About YouWe're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about digital marketing, media, entertainment or film.A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, Film or a related field.Curious, organised and eager to learn new technology.A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and data.Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Any exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Ads is a bonus, but not essential—we'll teach you.
