Full-Time Leasing / Assistant Property Manager

About the role

$65,000 + Super + Car Allowance

In this full time position, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management. You will work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and Saturday inspections. You will be provided with a mobile phone and car allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Undertaking routine inspections

• Completing entry reports

• Completing exit reports

• Key handovers

• Reviewing and processing tenant applications

• Leasing

• Assistant property management department with admin

About you

• Current real estate certificate

• Valid drivers licence

• Personable and able to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and still deliver exceptional outcomes

• Decisive, fair and practical approach to managing issues
