Early Childhood Educators (Multiple Quals)

Lilac Early Learning & Imaginations Early Education (both services) are growing! We're seeking caring, motivated people to join our teams across a variety of Goulburn locations.

• Educators – All Levels

  • Certificate III trainees

  • Certificate III qualified (including those keen to study Diploma)

  • Diploma qualified educators

  • Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – full-time

• A genuine desire to work with young children; initiative and a great work ethic (punctual & reliable)

• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

• Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS/NQF)

• Candidates of all EYLF knowledge levels are welcome to apply as appropriate training will be provided

• Current Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

• Required certifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis with flexibility for obtaining qualifications after hire

• Holds (or is completing) an ACECQA-approved Bachelor/Master of Early Childhood Education

• Leads engaging programs aligned with EYLF & NQS (indoors/outdoors)

• Writes observations, analyses learning, and contributes to preschool/school-readiness planning

• Builds strong relationships with children and families; mentors educators; contributes to self-assessment

• Strong written & verbal communication; teamwork and innovation essential
