About you

ORI is expanding! We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Storeperson who thrives in fast-paced environments, particularly within the Retail or 3PL sectors. In this newly added position, you will work alongside two other Storepersons to ensure our daily operations run flawlessly. Because ORI distributes products both Australia-wide and internationally, meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising accuracy are essential. This position is perfect for someone who values discipline, brings emotional intelligence to their teamwork, and is genuinely passionate about logistics and smooth operations.

You will:

• Be able to work full-time

• Have worked as a store person in a retail distribution centre or 3PL

• Be able to lift up to 25kg safely

• Have a valid LF - Forklift Licence and experience minimum 3 years  (essential) 

• WMS Scan pick experience is desirable

• Computer literacy is essential – one needs to possess the ability to learn internal systems

• Physically fit with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Clear communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative

• Experience in truck loading (Mezz deck) will be highly regarded

• Experience in unloading 40FT containers is highly regarded

• Experience using Pallet Jacks & RF scanning is highly regarded

• Organised and capable of managing tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow Instructions and retain information

• A sense of urgency and time management skills

• Willingness to learn. 

What you'll be doing:

You will be working autonomously in our warehouse, and you will be the lead person driving new warehouse standards as we implement our new inventory management software

• Receiving goods

• Dispatching goods

• Inventory control (Scanning Software)

• Report any stock discrepancies

• Building and packing orders, strapping & wrapping pallets

• Preparing customer pick-ups

• Ensuring all warehouse duties are carried out quickly, safely and efficiently

• Following all Work Health & Safety procedures all times

• Ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe.

Available Rosters:

• Monday to Friday Role – Work-Life Balance - Between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or by negotiation
