Underwater Photographer- Diving Instructor

Job Description

Cairns premier underwater photography company, Calypso Reef Imagery Centre requires a photographer with diving instructor qualifications and at-least 2 years industry experience.

Professional Photography and Sales and Marketing experience an advantage. Second language also highly regarded.  Candidates must also have current first aid and solo diving certificates. Ability to work in team environment at sea, reliability and friendly demeanour when dealing with both national and international tourists. This is a full time position based on hourly rate plus performance commission, with expected gross wage between 65,000 and 75,000, plus super.  Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Underwater photography, capturing our customers day, above and below the water, then selling imagery on the vessel on the return journey to Cairns. You work in a team of 2-3 .

Skill & Experience

You must have Divemaster qualifications minimum, and experience taking professional underwater photos. Sales experience is also a requirement along with good customer service.
