Administration Assistant - Hire Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with a positive, customer-first attitude to train as a Hire Coordinator.

This role is at the heart of our business-fast-paced, varied, and full of challenges where no two days look the same. You will take ownership of the hire process end-to-end while working alongside a supportive, high-performing team

Daily tasks will include:

• Regular interaction with Access Rentals customers and the Sales and Operations teams
• Processing of Hire Contracts
• Transport Allocation
• Processing off hires / invoicing
• Creating purchase orders
• Account queries
• Converting sales and driving revenue for the Hire Room
• Supporting the Sales Team by providing customer service and support
• Providing exceptional customer service

This is an office-based role working on full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, at our Canning Vale branch.

We a re seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong admin background (hire industry a bonus but not essential)
• Brilliant communicator who builds great relationships
• Cool under pressure-deadlines don't scare you.
• Sharp eye for detail + quick on the keyboard
• Fun, energetic, and hungry to learn.
• Current driver's licence

All short listed applicants will be required to complete skills testing for speed and accuracy with their typing prior to being booked to interview.
