Already into your 2nd or 3rd year and ready to keep building your skills?

We’re looking for a 2nd or 3rd Year Glass & Glazing Apprentice to join a supportive team in Mackay. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, gain hands-on experience across a range of workshop tasks and continue developing the skills needed to successfully complete your apprenticeship.

You’ll be supported by experienced tradespeople who will guide you through your remaining apprenticeship and help you build confidence and capability in the trade.

👷 What you’ll do

• Complete a variety of hands-on tasks around the workshop
• Assist with glass cutting, measuring and preparation
• Handle and work with glass safely and accurately
• Use a range of hand and power tools
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople on day-to-day jobs
• Develop your skills across different areas of glass and glazing
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Work towards completing your Certificate III in Glass and Glazing

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a hands-on workshop environment
• Safety-focused and willing to follow instructions
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport essential
