1. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service.
2. Experience in responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
3. Proven to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
4. Organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
5. Ability to work a 24 hours, 7 day a week rotating roster.
6. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook as well as other PC based programs.
7. Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
