Female only Support Worker Needed | Immediate Start Mon-Wed-Friday

We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and qualified Support Worker to join our team in Sydney. This role focuses on delivering person-centered support to NDIS participants, empowering them to build independence and achieve their individual goals.

About the Role

• Provide in-home and community-based support
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and social/community participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards
• Immediate start available
• Flexible shifts to suit your availability

Requirements

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent qualification
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine, person-centred approach
• Availability to commence immediately
