About the Role

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Technician to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the pharmacist within the dispensary
• Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock
• Providing appropriate information and advice on OTC medicines
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient dispensary
• Delivering exceptional customer service in both the dispensary and front-of-shop when required

About You

Experience is valued; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy products
• Excellent computer skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic
• The ability to adapt and work effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills
