The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role for HIPA in Victoria — without leaving hands-on physiotherapy behind.

You'll lead our Victorian team and client relationships as State Manager whilst also spending 1–2 days a week onsite delivering hands-on physiotherapy plus health and safety education across Victorian workplaces. Furthermore you will also run your own clinical caseload two nights a week plus a Saturday morning at MCAP Essendon — one of Melbourne's leading sports and performance facilities.

Some key responsibilities will include:

Leading the Victorian team

• Owning the performance and growth of HIPA's Victorian operations

• Leading and supporting our Victorian onsite physiotherapy team

• Building and growing relationships with key Victorian clients

• Overseeing new site onboarding and resolving client issues

Onsite (1–2 days/week)

• Onsite physiotherapy and injury management

• Building strong rapport with employees and staff across all levels

• Manual handling assessments and training

• Running health education and exercise sessions with workers

• Driving meaningful change to reduce injuries and improve employee health

Clinical caseload — MCAP (2 nights/week + Saturday mornings)

• Managing your own physiotherapy caseload at our Essendon high-performance clinic

• Working alongside our strength & conditioning, podiatry, and remedial massage team

• Mentoring junior clinicians where relevant

About You

• Registered Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration

• Significant clinical experience, ideally including occupational/onsite physiotherapy or high level sports experience

• Leadership or people-management experience — or clear readiness to step into a state-level leadership role

• Confident engaging with corporate clients and site stakeholders, as well as one-on-one with patients

• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
