Property Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Group Marketing Assistant to join our centralised marketing team based in our Norwest office. 

This is an ideal entry level opportunity for someone starting out in marketing, recently graduated or currently completing a marketing degree. More than anything, we are looking for the right attitude — someone organised, proactive, positive and ready to learn. 

You’ll work closely with our Property Marketing Manager and support Sales and Leasing teams across the business, helping coordinate campaigns, prepare collateral and keep marketing activity running smoothly. 

We’re a professional but down to earth team who value strong performance, collaboration and a healthy balance. 

What will your day look like? 

• Supporting the centralised marketing team with day to day tasks 

• Assisting with preparation of marketing collateral, proposals and brochures 

• Supporting social media activity and content scheduling 

• Helping coordinate photography, signboards and campaign materials 

• Keeping listings, websites and digital platforms up to date 

• Assisting with CRM and EDM distribution under guidance 

• Providing reliable support to internal stakeholders 

We are seeking someone who brings: 

•  A positive, can do attitude 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• A genuine interest in marketing and learning new systems 

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field completed or in progress are advantageous 

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, photoshop or similar is highly desirable.

• We are happy to train the right person. Attitude matters more than ticking every box.
