The Planning and Resourcing team sits within Customer Service and Technology and plays a vital role in ensuring AICD's education programs, leadership events and member experiences are delivered seamlessly across Australia. Working closely with Education, Events, Policy and Customer Service Delivery teams, the team coordinates people, venues and resources to support exceptional outcomes for members and clients.
About the roleBehind every successful course, event and member experience is a great plan. As Planning and Resourcing Partner, you will help bring AICD's national education and events calendar to life through effective scheduling, rostering and resource coordination. Working across multiple teams and delivery channels, you will ensure the right people, venues and resources are in place to support high-quality program delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships and continuously improving processes.
Your remit will be broad and will include:
You are an organised and collaborative professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You combine strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset and are comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders.
