Service Receptionist

About the role
Join the team at Mona Vale Toyota as a part-time Service Receptionist based at our service department in Mona Vale. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Providing excellent customer service, including booking service appointments and managing customer inquiries

• Maintaining accurate records of customer details and service history

• Coordinating the flow of customer traffic and managing customer waiting areas

• Assisting the Service department with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and friendly service

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in using computer systems and technology

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience
