Pharmacy Retail Manager - Norwood

Since 1911, National Pharmacies has been putting people first. Now we need a passionate Service/Retail Manager to lead our Norwood Pharmacy team and bring our purpose – Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness – to life every single day.

Your Mission is to lead a team of dedicated OTC consultants to deliver consistently outstanding service and advice on health and beauty. You'll manage the roster, support and develop your team, and make sure your store is beautifully presented and well-stocked – because when your team thrives, your customers feel it.

The Details: This role runs on a rotating roster of approximately 38 hours per week (Week 1: Monday–Friday, Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday), with shared weekend commitments – so weekend availability is essential.
